Noble Academy Columbus, a 3-Star School in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a dedicated Middle School English Language Arts (ELA) and Social Studies Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. This role will inspire and equip students in grades 7-8 with the literacy skills necessary for academic success through engaging, rigorous, and student-centered instruction. Your Role & ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver engaging ELA and Social Studies instruction aligned with state standards.Foster a love for reading and writing through interactive and student-centered learning experiences.Utilize data to differentiate instruction and meet the diverse needs of learners.Collaborate with fellow educators to implement best practices and interdisciplinary connections.Provide timely and meaningful feedback to support student growth in reading, writing, and communication skills.Integrate STEM concepts and project-based learning strategies into literacy instruction.Build strong partnerships with families through regular communication and engagement.Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive classroom environment that encourages creativity and academic achievement.

What We're Looking ForA bachelor's degree in Education, English, Social Studies, or a related field.A valid Ohio teaching certificate/license (or in the process of obtaining one).Experience teaching middle school ELA and/or Social Studies preferred.A passion for literacy, student growth, and interdisciplinary learning.A strong work ethic and commitment to student success.The ability to use data to guide instruction and differentiate learning.
