Secondary Special Education Teacher

In this role, you'll support students through direct instruction, resource time, and collaboration with general education teachers. We are looking for experience writing and editing IEPs, confidence in leading IEP meetings, strong instructional strategies tailored to individual needs, tech-savvy and ready to integrate digital tools into learning and a team playercreative, flexible, and caring. Salary schedule and benefits can be found in the Collective Bargaining Agreement between Arthur CUSD 305 and the Arthur Education Association.

ALAH HS is located in the heart of central Illinois. Our high school enrollment is approximately 310 students. This position is a part of our special education department. Our HS is 1:1, with students utilizing Chromebooks and Google Classroom. Professional development and collaboration are encouraged and supported.
