- Proficient in collaborating with other educators, staff, and families to support student success

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored educational programs to meet the individual needs of students
- Assess and evaluate student progress, adjusting IEP goals and instructional methods as necessary
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to each students education
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student achievements and challenges
