We are a team of innovative educators dedicated to creating inquiry-based lessons that foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity. AISx is an innovative program designed to provide flexible, hybrid academic programs for students who are pursuing sporting, other specialist professional routes or those who want to explore a flexible academic schedule. Flexibility comes within the school day itself and through support during times of travel or other extended absences from school. A key partnership in the AISx program is with the Atlanta United Development Academy, where we are projecting to have 30 students in grades 9-12 enrolled in AISx in the 25/26 school year.
AISx teachers require resilience, adaptability, and a solution-focused mindset. Flexibility and the ability to build relationships and personalize learning are critical skills. AISx teachers will all have a role to play beyond academics to help ensure the wider pastoral and holistic development of AISx students. All science classes will be aligned with the Georgia standards and infused with the IB approaches to teaching and learning.
