Ralls ISD is seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Science Teacher. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective instruction in mathematics to secondary students. This individual should be committed to fostering a positive learning environment that supports student growth and achievement.

Teaching Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated instruction in science.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning.
  • Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student success.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to school policies and curriculum standards.
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Valid Texas Teaching Certification or enrolled in an Alternative Certification course.
  • Experience teaching at the secondary level (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of literacy instruction and curriculum standards.
  • Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary based on experience and district pay scale.
  • $225 towards health insurance.
  • Matching 2% annuity.
