A leading construction firm in Philadelphia, delivering high-quality commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring excellence in execution and delivery.

Job Summary:
The Construction Project Manager will lead and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. This role requires strong leadership to manage teams, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment.
- Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, manage change orders, and resolve disputes with subcontractors or suppliers.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to environmental and safety standards on-site.
- Maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 3-7 years of experience in construction project management or a related role; experience with commercial or residential projects a plus.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or PlanGrid) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and risk management practices.
- PMP, LEED, or CCM certification is a plus but not required.

Salary and Benefits:
- **Salary**: $80,000 - $110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications (aligned with Philadelphia market averages).

- **Work Schedule**: Typical hours are 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for site visits and project demands. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
